Get legal advice on unlimited topics, either business or personal related, even for pre-existing conditions!
24/7 Emergency Services
After hours consultation for covered emergency services if you are:
- Arrested or Detained
- Seriously Injured
- Served with a Warrant
- Getting your Children Taken by the State
Get Letters and Phone Calls Made on Your Behalf
- At the discretion of your provider Lawyer
Document and Letter Review
- Your pre-paid lawyer will review contracts or documents for legal accuracy (up to 10 pages each)
Standard Will Preparation
- Your pre-paid lawyer can assist with standard Wills and provide yearly reviews and updates.
- Service is available to covered family members for $20
- Other Documents: Living Will, Healthcare Power of Attorney
Motor Vehicle Services
Our pre-paid legal services cover a wide range of motor vehicle services. Services are available 15 days after enrollment and only if the member has a valid drivers license and is driving a properly licensed vehicle.
- Moving traffic violations
- Accidents, including defense for manslaughter charges, involuntary manslaughter, negligent homicide or vehicular homicide
- Legal injury assistance, damage claims, drivers license issues and personal injury assistance
Tax Audit Services
Our pre-paid legal services will assist with a variety of audit issues helping your avoid the headache of an IRS audit
- Service includes one hour of assistance, consultation or advice when you are requested for audit by the IRS
- An additional 2.5 hours of service is included if a settlement is not reached within 30 days from the beginning of the audit notice
Should your audit case end up in court, you will receive 46.5 hours of legal services covered under your pre-paid legal plan.
Coverage for the audit service begins with the tax return due on April 15th on the year you enroll to our pre-paid legal services.
Your Pre-Paid Legal Service Plan Covers:
- The member and members spouse
- Dependent children who have never been married and under the age of 21 who are still living at home
- Dependent children under the age of 18 whom the member is the legal guardian
- Full time college students under the age of 23, never married and dependent
- Physically/mentally challenged children living at home
25% Discount off Additional Legal Services
Under our terms, you may continue to use your provider law firm for situations that expand beyond your coverage plan. These services are rated at %25 off the standard hourly rate. When you connect with your Provider Law Firm, they will let you know when the 25% discount applies and go over all associated fees.

Existing Lawsuits Before Enrollment
- Lawsuits filed due to conditions that existed prior to your pre-paid legal enrollment
Tax Issues
- Tax fraud or income tax evasion charges
- Trust Returns
- Business and/or corporate returns
- Payroll and information returns
- Partnerships
- Corporation returns or portions that are included in the members tax return or services rendered by an enrolled agent
Motor Vehicle Exclusions
- Charges of DUI/DWI
- Drug related matters
- Hit and run
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Issues caused by driving a motor vehicle with 2 or more axles
Business Civil Suits
- If you are named in a civil suit and have criminal charges filed against you due to being listed as an owner, manager or associate of said business and you had no direct involvement in the act that gave rise to the charge

Expanded Plan Option
For an additional low fee of $9/month, you can gain access to our extended pre-paid legal plan. The extended plan gives you the following benefits:
- 75 hours of attorney time in your first year (17.5 hours of pre-trial time + 57.5 hours of trial time).
- Additional 15 hours of pre-trial time than the standard plan
- Keep in mind that the pre-trial hours are those hours when your attorney is researching and preparing your case. These hours can be very crucial to the outcome of your lawsuit!
