I use the service myself and for all the benefits that the $17 provides, its a steal! Some families and businesses pay around $3000/mo just to keep a lawyer on retainer, so the cost for this service from LegalShield is well worth it!

You may be asking why the company needs associates like myself and the others on my team. The answer is simple. LegalShield does not sell the service directly. Instead, the plans are sold by associates only.

Now that I have provided a brief overview of the company, lets talk a little about the compensation you earn from this LegalShield MLM opportunity. As mentioned above, the standard plan is $17/mo for families or individuals. When you sign up as an associate, you start at the junior level. If you sell one plan on the junior level, you earn $30.76 from that single sale. To move up to a regular associate from the junior level, you have to make 5 sales and take a simple class (its free). Once you reach the associate level, you earn $46.14 for the same $17 sale. Keep in mind that these are just for direct sales. You are going to want to get other associates under you as you move along. This is where the real money comes from!

If you are not familiar with MLM programs, the concept is quite simple.  Basically, you want to recruit other associates under you and you earn commissions from their sales as well as your own. As an associate for the LegalShield MLM program, you want to recruit other sales people into your downline.  Those members of your downline can recruit other associates to their downline as well. If one of you downline members makes a sale and you are still at the standard associate level, you earn $15.38 for their sale. Keep in mind that I am still talking about just the regular associate level in the MLM structure. As you earn more personal sales and recruit downline members, you move higher up the MLM structure and make more commission for a personal sale or downline sale.  Once you make your first 50 sales, you get promoted to a Senior Associate and make $61.53 for that single $17 sale along with higher commissions for your downline sales.  Remember, I am only using the standard $17 plan as an example. The company also offers $26 expanded plans for families as well as small and large business plans. You can make over $300 for selling a business plan.
